Finding the Right Puppy for the Right Family

Thank you for your interest in a Haskeez puppy! Our puppies are raised with love and care, and finding the right home for each puppy is very important to us.

This application helps us learn about you, your family, lifestyle, experience with dogs, and what you are looking for in your new companion. There are no perfect answers—we simply want to help determine whether one of our puppies may be a good match for your family.

Submitting this application does not obligate you to purchase a puppy and does not guarantee approval, availability, or placement of a particular puppy. If you would like to be on our waiting list fill out that form here @

DEPOSIT ON A SPECIFIC PUPPY

If your application is approved and you choose to place a deposit on a specific available puppy, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once Haskeez receives and accepts a deposit on an individual puppy, that puppy is considered reserved for you. The puppy will be removed from public availability and will no longer be offered to other prospective families while being held for you.

Because Haskeez is relying upon your commitment and removing that puppy from availability to other potential homes, your deposit will not be refunded if you change your mind, decide not to purchase the puppy, are unable to take the puppy, or your personal circumstances change after the deposit has been accepted.

Understand that this document is a Puppy Application and is not the final Puppy Purchase Contract. If you place a deposit on a specific puppy following approval of this application, you are acknowledgimg and agree to the Deposit on a Specific Puppy terms stated above.

IF THE RESERVED PUPPY BECOMES UNAVAILABLE

If, through no fault of the buyer, Haskeez is unable to complete the placement because the specific puppy reserved by the buyer becomes unavailable while in our care, the buyer's deposit will remain fully credited toward another Haskeez puppy.

The buyer will be given the opportunity to select another currently available puppy, if an appropriate puppy is available.

If the buyer chooses to wait for a future puppy, the buyer will receive priority placement at the top of the applicable waiting list. The buyer will not be placed at the end of the regular waiting list or required to wait behind families who joined the list after the original deposit was accepted.

The buyer will be given the first opportunity to select an appropriate puppy from the next available puppy or litter that meets the buyer's requested breed, size, or other agreed preferences, before that puppy is offered to families on the regular waiting list or made publicly available.

The original deposit will be transferred and applied toward the purchase price of the replacement puppy. No additional deposit will be required solely because the original reserved puppy became unavailable through circumstances on Haskeez's end.
